Dr. Borga grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and studied at Marquette University in Milwaukee for both her undergraduate and dental school programs. Upon graduating, she practiced dentistry in Southeast Wisconsin before moving to Chicago.
Dr. Borga believes in creating relationships with her patients and helping them to achieve the best oral health they can. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Borga regularly takes part in continuing education to stay on top of all of the newest technology in dentistry. She believes wholeheartedly in restorative dentistry which she practices by always seeking to restore teeth to proper form and function.
Dr. Borga lives right downtown with her husband, and she loves the fun events always happening in the city. Her favorites are fairs, concerts, and festivals. She describes herself as being Orange theory obsessed, and she enjoys Cubs and Blackhawks games.
Dr. Carson is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, and is a current member of Chicago Dental Society and American Dental Association.
His dental care goals are to provide comprehensive care which best addresses patients concerns and oral health needs. Dr. Carson believes it is important to create relationships and educate each patient, in order to provide an appropriate treatment plan and care. His areas of expertise consist of restorative and cosmetic dentistry through direct and indirect restorations. Patients describe Dr. Carson as patient, attentive, honest, and always willing to listen. His other interests include being up to date with current dental education and technology, mentorship, and international dental mission trips.
He calls Naperville, IL his hometown, and his favorite things about Chicago include exploring new restaurants, concerts and all the activities that the city has to offer. He also enjoys playing soccer, traveling to new places, and exercising in his down time.
Dr. Jane Kim graduated from Northwestern University and University of Illinois. After graduating with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, she continued education in a three-year residency program at the University of Illinois, specializing in the field of Periodontics. In addition to her specialty training, Dr. Kim also earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Oral Sciences. Today, she continues to serve as a clinical instructor at the University of Illinois’ College of Dentistry.
Dr. Jane Kim limits her practice to surgical therapy including treatment of periodontal disease, gingival recession, cosmetic periodontal surgery, crown lengthening, dental extractions, and dental implant therapy. As a specialist, she partners with her restorative colleagues to provide comprehensive dental care to her patients. Dr. Kim firmly believes in a team approach to delivering individualized care and attention consistent with patient goals and desires.
Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Kim appreciates the genuine family-oriented, down-to-earth Midwest culture that is ingrained in all things Chicago.
Outside of work, you can find Dr. Kim with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. In her free time, she loves to travel the world to run in their local races, fly south every winter to find better golfing weather and spend unbeatable family time with her little ones.
Dr. Gary Palsis is a University of Florida College of Dentistry graduate, and is a huge Florida Gator fan. Dr. Palsis has practiced dentistry in Archer Heights, Illinois, and gained significant experience working with children and adults. Dr. Palsis also speaks and understands some Spanish.
Dr. Palsis strives to provide comprehensive, quality dental care to all of his patients. He believes in taking a conservative approach in his clinical decision making. Earning a patient’s trust is also very important to Dr. Palsis. He always wants his patients to feel comfortable and be involved in their treatment. He takes extra steps to make sure his patients trust and understand that he is recommending the treatment that is best for them. His patients describe him as caring, patient, trustworthy, and gentle.
Dr. Palsis lives in the Lakeview area with his wife, Erica, and they love trying out all the amazing restaurants the city has to offer. He also enjoys playing sports, traveling, and photography.
Dr. Tosiou became a dentist to improve the appearance and confidence of individuals and to help eliminate the perception that dentistry has to be uncomfortable. She believes in continuing education, particularly courses that focus on cosmetic and reconstructive applications.

She attended Indiana University School of Dentistry dental school and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society and the Illinois Dental Society.
