The hotel we are staying at contacted the hospital and advised them we were arriving with our son who had a very high temp, as soon as we arrived we had someone waiting for us at the front of the hospital and walked us straight through to the children's ward and was seen straight away. The staff are amazing and so friendly

I had a CT where the doctor told me every step first also what will happens, so that there was no surprise or fear that something go wrong. Also a colonoscopy where I heard that there will be some pain. They give me narcotics, so that I don't had any pain, I just sleep one hour and all was done. I was there one night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the doctor explained me also all possibilities and for what which test is needed.

I found the Brightviewcenter at Bangkok hospital to be very thorough and professional - with personalised care and attention to ensure the most appropriate treatment option and outcome. Every effort was made to accommodate my needs and travel capacity from Australia, without compromising treatment in any way. I had the refractive lens replacement surgery and could not be happier with the result! I have not needed my glasses since the treatment - and my vision has improved amazingly! I can read the bottom line of the eye test card with each eye - and am reading the newspaper, my watch, my iPhone e-mails, and price tags in the shops - as well as street signs, distant objects and recognising people's faces from a distance - without having to worry about taking my glasses on and off any more! I would strongly recommend the procedure - (performed so ably and adeptly by Dr Captain and his wonderful team!) - for anyone considering it. Deena Gilroy - Queensland, Australia.

Had a comprehensive health screening in the Wellness Centre. Professional, efficient and thorough. Also managed in a calm and friendly way that did not contribute to any anxiety. I will return next year and recommend without hesitation. The fact that it is also great value is a bonus.

My Wife and I have used the Hospitals maternity women's clinic since January and have never had an issue with any of the staff or Dr's they have been very helpful and caring. I was admitted late August with an abscess on my colon, quite a straight forward procedure that needed draining then antibiotics orally after discharge only to have the situation to reoccur 2 weeks later. I would not recommend the colonrectal department to anyone planning to use it. I'm not here to name the Dr in question as I believe the hospital needs to take responsibility for the lack of resource in that area. To be quite frank they charge 1st world prices and provide no where near a 1st world service. For the Dr he is sometimes available and sometimes not, you get mixed messages he is Bangkok, he's off, he's stuck in traffic. I encountered a part time radiololigist (I had to wait three days for him as the full time radiologist was sick) who performed the attachment of a drainage to the abscess who openly informed me he had been with his Mother and forgot about me sitting in a wheelchair facing a wall in the x ray department two days after that procedure for 1 hour, and I was told he was running late due to the rain and traffic. Funny really as I was his only patient that weekend. I live in Phuket and fully aware of all the non truths people like to tell you. I did thank him for his honesty though! The second event turned a little more sour. After the same procedure for a second time I was told I needed to have surgery. When asking why I need surgery no one could answer my question? Again trying to track the Dr in question wasn't easy. I had to make a complaint in the hospital the he arrived and told me nothing I didn't know already and advised me I would go onto oral antibiotics. When asked when? He got angry and said he didn't know! I replied that's not really acceptable service, the. He started shouting at me trying to vent how he had told me everything I need to know, he got just as much back as I'm no clown and won't be shouted at like that. He was informed of a few facts. I find him to very wishy washey with facts and I've received zero test result information sharing through him directly. and wouldn't deal with him after. I asked to the person in charge of the hospital and was sent quality control who thought it was funny a Dr would shout at a patient (I don't find it funny)I signed out of the hospital and went to Singapore to finish my treatment. What a breath of fresh air! Dr who goes through each test result in detail with you explaining and offering advise and factual information on your condition and it's cheaper! I could give a few more examples of the mis communication and in competence of this particular situation, I won't but wouldn't recommend this specialist area In that hospital. The most efficient part of the hospital is the cashier, makes sense when you pay 6k USD! On a positive note I would like to thank Khun Koy and her team of nurses for their care they do a great job.
