Just to share tht Pantai Hospital has a good Sinus Doc bad im really not happy with the process and procedure as its focusing on money making business instead of save patient' s life. What a shamefull system they have. Money has to come in first before the patient is treated. Anyway I have make an official complaint to Pantai Hspital PR .

Went to Pantai Hospital today. The wifi is the worst public wifi I had ever met. Keep disconnecting and super slow. The chair (sofa) is so dirty. Full of stain and some with blood stain. It's so horrified....

Well done for Pantai Hospital Penang . Excellent nursing service at Level 3 , Stroke center . Nurses displayed high nursing professionalism , caring and dedication. I'm observe how much care they give to stroke patient predominantly they handle bedridden patient . Well done job , Sn Diana ,Sn Shalini and Sn Syahada . I give 5 star . Thank you very much .

Dr Low Keng Joo and Dr Chan Lee Pon did a good job! They are kind of patient and experienced dr that always could calm your worries and giving appropriate advice in the right timing. My 2 childs was born there and they both is my only reason to choose Pantai Hospital. As well as Dr Lim Chee Chong from ENT, he is the most patient and knowledgeable dr that i have been seen before, the three dr are done a good job indeed to safe my second bb’s life � truly appreciate from our family to three of them...��

The Doctor and Nurse was very accomodative. Good Job.
However, I believe some staff in your medical report department can still improve a lot on the communication skill. One of the staff that I talked was not customer friendly and one occasion i called, she just hang up my call when i said thank you. This experience can be interpreted differently by customers.
Anyway keep up the good work.

your canteen is a joke.ate 2 plates of fried kuew teaw ,fried eggs with teh o ais cost rm16.after eating i went again to ask about the price the auntie jaga cash machine cum kira2 makan then recalculate back and guess what is the price..rm10.80 only.hope the management of this hosp can investigate this pricing matter and by the way this matter has been reported to kpdnkk already.what a shame

Doctor keep insisted to admit me but each day only see me once, nothing special except antibiotics injection. I don't see the point to admit me.
Always miscommunication in between doctor and ward nurses... Doctor say to gv antibiotics injection earlier on 7pm, but nurses refused to give even until 730pm. I have to keep postponed my appointment simply because of miscommunication... Really wasting my time...

My aunt was admitted to Pantai Hospital Penang due to meningitis and craniotomy. However, she had recovered well and she now can talk, walk, manage herself as a normal person. Thanks to Dr. Wong YC, the team of Anaes, Radiologists and nurses.
My father too had received treatment from a number of doctors in this hospital. They had been professional and patient to him.

My father was admitted 2 months ago diagnosed as stroke, and he was admitted in HDU and stroke centre. I would like to represent my family to say a very much thank you to all nurses and others health care provider in HDU and stroke centre who are take care my dad. Thank for their kindness and caring to help my dad to overcome his illness. Now he recovery from stroke and can be partial independent in his ADLs. The service is terrible..suppose is our turn to go in to see Dr Chan Lee Pon but Dr Kelvin came and responded to the other complain and ask for slot in without telling us..he work unprofessionally..I also have son with fever,cough,mouth ulsers and flu...waited so long since 9am..

Doctor's are good but nurse's are very slow & 2 class room water heater not working & shower was broken. When your insurance been rejected no one from pantai will call us. We have to call the hospital to verify. Management really need to improve.

Worst hospital !!! Never come back !!! Very poor service n food. Chinese nurse in stroke centre very lazy. Act like boss and did nothing. Everytime playing with the handphone. I asked her to help me change diaper for my auntie but she just said `wait` and she sat back at the counter. Continue with her stupid handphone. Then she give order to junior nurses to change. How rude and lazy she is. With this kind of attitude she not deserve to be a nurse. Cant imaging if happened anything emergency thing to patient, how they will manage. Really scared and risky. I wont come to this hospital anymore. Damn!!!!

Doctors service are superb!
ICU nurses very caring about the patients especially the assistant Director - Ms Tan and her staff Ms Tevaki.
Others wad nurses team: Improvement needed.
It's impossible 3 staff nurses afford to take care of 6 rooms patients at night.
