I have just done my 3rd treatment here. They keep every details of your previous records, that make you get more confident while you re-visit them. Nice place and good receptionist they own to response you upon any question you need to clarify.

I'm totally agree what they said, I think we meet the same person. I've face the same problem, a woman who call 'Ching' talked to me on the phone and carried impolite manners, constantly yelling and interrupting me. The worst thing ever was she cut off my line.... This is so bad to treat a client. Im not trying to blame the service or doctor, so don't need to cover with positive comments for yourself. (Actually is quite upset to see those of the reply comments on bottom, they are trying to cover themselves) A business without customers is just a group of people pitching a product to deaf ears. The customer is always right because as a business you want your customers to return as well as feel welcomed and appreciated. Many businesses lose sight of this fact when they become wealthy, not realizing that they can still lose everything without the love and loyalty of their customers, Simple. To be fair the doctor is just amazing, but "One bad apple spoils the barrel", thank you for the best arrangement from doctor, but who care. Hope you wouldn't spoil your barrel in one day...
